Join me for this fun and interactive Arm Balancing Level 2-3 Workshop. 

Have you ever wondered what you actually need in order to shift from one balancing pose to another?

What kind of variations are there? How can you get creative? How to find smoothness?

In this workshop we will have time to explore some arm balancing poses, taking us back to the basics, and playing around with shifting from level 1 to level 2 all the way to flight mode. 

 

Playtime will be in order. 

Failure will be a principle, repeat will be the mastery.

The balance will be the cherry on top!

This Workshop is suitable for all those who have already mastered crow, and side crow, and you probably are working already on your crane.

What we will cover:

In this workshop, I will:

  •  Break down the anatomy of each arm balance,

  • Build the strength, openness, and stability in your body parts required to balance on your hands with greater mindfulness and ease

  • Teach you ways to modify or advance the postures to suit your body; and

  • Safely and effectively get you into poses you never thought you could.

  • Let you discover and explore flight or hovering mode between all the transitions.

 

 

You will learn:

  • How to warm up for success.

  • How to use props and the wall to support your arm balances.

  • Strength-building drills to enhance your whole physical practice.

  • A deeper understanding into, and the commonalities of, all arm balances.

  • More hovering time.

  • Smooth transitions from one pose to another. Flight Mode!

  • Increased confidence to try arm balances on your own.

  • and more, finding transitions to connect some of them together in a small strong flow.

  • Improve and learn arm balances and transition thru them.

  • Improve strength and stability in the arms, shoulders, chest, and core.

  • Enhance their understanding of arm balances anatomy.

  • Bring balance to both body and mind.

  • Get stronger in their yoga practice, and work towards more challenging postures

  • Find a little challenging kick on the way to flying.

We will have enough time to break down the asanas, ask & answer questions, time to practice and be playful. Build a small little transition flow, from 1 pose, to pose, to pose, to pose.
